How long will my order take to be processed

I state that it will take a minimum of 7 to 14 working days from payment to delivery. 

All Orders are normally made to order.

Orders are usually processed within the timescale, but in busy periods, especially in the run up to Christmas it may take longer but you will be advised at the time of order.

Can I change items in my order

If your order has already been dispatched, then these cannot be changed. 

If your order has not been dispatched, please let me know your new requirement to avoid confusion or disappointment.

What is the cost of postage

All postage is mainly added to the price of the item.  If multiple goods are required, I will let you know the postage and I will discount your order accordingly.

 What if I want to return an item

​

Please message or email me, if you wish to return a product. 

Return postage will not be covered by Cartridge and Country Crafts, buyer will be responsible.

Do you wholesale your products

​

Yes, I do wholesale a handful of products.  Please send me a message or email with your business details and I will review if my items will be suitable. If suitable and agreed with both sides I will send a wholesale order form to you for when you are ready to place your order.

Once your order has been processed, I will send you an invoice which will need to be paid before delivery is organised.
